  1. This folder contains more plug-in files for Premiere. To install any
  2. of these files, simply copy them to the Premiere plugins folder. The
  3. new plug-in will be available the next time you run Premiere.

  5. The Strobe filter, FL-STROB.PRM, strobes video over time. You can
  6. select how many frames the video will be visible and how many frames
  7. the video will be hidden. when the video is hidden, the frame will be
  8. filled with a selectable fill color, and the alpha channel will be
  9. empty. This filter is useful for creating flashing titles that can be
  10. keyed over other images.

  12. X-FAKE.PRM is a generic device control module that simulates a
  13. controllable deck connected to Premiere.
